A useful strategy in business has always to do with „hunger“, i.e. an urgent need or desire of the heart.
Products and services which are accepeted by the market (meaning a group of customers) are able to satisfy a hunger that is with the group. More satisfying than your competitors´offers. What requires that you produce or service with excellence and passion.
Also, the maker of a strategy must be hungry. Only he / she who is striving for attractive goals will be open for clarifying processses, be attentive to customers and be fit for overcoming the odds. Within organisations, all this must be true for all participating members at the same time.
